Park Dedeman Elazig Hotel

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was great, including the well-kept hotel facilities and the rooms with smart space layouts and large windows. The hotel has a convenient parking area and offers transportation services to nearby places, such as Keban, Malatya, and Diyarbakir. This city's police station and hospital are also easily accessible.

Great amenities and fantastic city views make this hotel an ideal place to stay. Rooms are modern, clean, and well appointed. The hotel's location in the heart of the city makes it easy to explore all the local neighborhoods with ease. And the room service was prompt, with delicious food that we enjoyed in bed.

Our romantic escape was not as "romantic" as we had hoped. The atmosphere of the hotel was quite clinical and felt more like a business hotel than a lovely place to unwind.

Our experience in this hotel was a total disaster. the location was far from desirable, with the police station and hospital being the only landmarks nearby. the room was tiny, the bathroom looked old and unclean, the service was below average, and the breakfast was disappointing. the only advantage was the spa center, but even then the staff were not helpful or welcoming.

The view from our room was not pleasant, facing either an unattractive post office building or a busy bus station.

The staff was very helpful during our difficult situation, which we really appreciated. the location of the hotel was convenient for our needs. We also enjoyed the spa amenities available on site.

Sadly, the room was not what we were expecting and was quite uncomfortable. the lack of cleanliness was evident, with dust and dirt in various places.

The manager was extremely kind and spoke fluent English, which was a huge help during our time here. The hotel is conveniently located near the police station and hospital, which came in handy when we had an accident and needed assistance. We were able to easily access transportation and the staff even helped arrange for taxis and made sure our bicycles were safely stored. The spa center was a great way to relax and unwind, and we were impressed with the wide range of amenities offered. The rooms were cozy and well-organized, with large windows that provided plenty of natural light.
